Right. ALP bought a f**king wii. And why the swear word? Cos apparently h**king it isn't easy. Not even after an afternoon. It worked out fine when we used WS's HD. But when I tried it at home, I had two problems. One, the cursor wouldn't appear. I'm guessing cos it's nite thing and my tv's sparkling reflective. Next, the games wouldn't load. Ouch. It's like the main event.

I'm gonna get Crossbow training n Twilight Princess anyways >.>

Still, it'd be good if I can try the other games.

Grrrrrr....

And so I decided to turn my attention to Arakawa Under the Bridge and Working. Turns out both ended a couple of weeks ago at ep 13... So while watching, I'll multi task and update on Cosfest 2010 and Games convention.

Cosfest 2010 was a 2 day event at downtown east. Donna was kind to let me borrow her place to dump my stuff, wear my costume then we went down D marquee together. Gosh, it was A CHALLENGE cos her room was a paradise. A desktop, a laptop, a tv, a ps2 and an extremely comfortable bed that I insisted not sitting on cos I believe, as she said, I'll fall aslp almost immediately. There wasn't much cosplayers, jus decent number of people, we walked ard idly until I saw 3 chio girls in white dress.

3 girls in white dress = Chii = Raina!

And yes, I was like, they were all pretty girls. And Raina was right; she lost the shoujo factor, now she's a gorilla :p

Think Kai called me and yep, found him too. Dressed really well and nice *drools*. And I seriously love the umbrella. I walked ard the place with Donna, bought 2 hetalia related doujin and took pics of ppl more than ppl taking pics of me. I really must thank Donna for helping me carry the stuff, take the pics and tolerate the boring factors of it. Oh oh, I found a thai lady cosplaying Kusuuri from Mononoke. It's really done super super well and I squeal, Kansei takai na~ She asked if I was a Japanese, i told her no. I asked if she was (cos she had an accent) and she said no. We took a round and saw her, she said she didn't manage to take a solo pic of me.
So after she took a pic, June chatted with her, we found out that she's a Thai :D
We watched a bit of the singing competition, took in the usual standards with ease then headed back to her home to change back. Had a little dinner, walked ard asking for wii prices then I went home.

Oh, and June came!!! It's like one moment she said, 'I'm going to the west.' And god-knows how long later (cos i din keep track of time), I saw a familiar woman walking down towards me and then I recognise her. It was really a pleasant surprise.

Sunday was a busy day cos we all moved out really late. We got there ard 3+ to find a lot more cosplayers. Again, crazy photo sessions by me esp on Mikuru chan XD And I can't believe I found Nurarihyon cosplayers! And it's one whole set!!! With yuki onna and tat headless guy~ Kyaaaa~~~ Then we found Muramasa cosplayers outside XD Also very very perfect! Then I saw Shinsengumi, tried to irritate Hijikata. No matter what, I still think the original rulez XD
Well, we were kinda jimmi, walking ard aimlessly cos no one wanted to take pics of us. I blame it on the fact tat we have a small grp and WS blames tat cos we were walking ard a lot. i got sian, put that plunger made excursion sign on my head and suddenly a small flock of ppl came to take pics of me. I did it to Zura, another flock came. The same goes to Hijikata and another flock came. We need crack props seriously XD

Fast foward to Games convention, we spotted a Ginpachi n Kagura cosplayer and nil. It's tat sad. What ever happened to Gintama love in Singapore?!

Anyways, I've only got one great quote for a spotting I had at the games convention.

でかくてあかい！ORZ

Then WS was kind enough to travel through Funan, to Sim Lim to Chinatown to get my wii, h**k it with his free Sunday afternoon even though till now I still can play nothing. Still, it's fun experimenting games like crossbow training, Twilight princess, call of duty, taiko drum, DQ swords etc.

WII IS JUST SO INCREDIBLE *_*

Well, at least now I have no excuse to procrastinate on my fanfic.......
