Titled: Let's look at how the Japanese face disaster (worth for the world to learn from!) -- with pictures!

Right now, the whole of Tokyo has no telecommunication except the net. People are now walking home as the trains are not in service. The Japanese are worried about having not enough food. Stores are open for service. Only the Supermarkets were closed as the foodstuffs and products are all in a mess and are in a state not suitable for sales.

Hundreds evacuate to the nearest refuge, and throughout the whole process, no one smoked.
Volunteers run about distributing blankets, warm water and biscuits. Men help women, such as running back to the buildings to retrieve her belongings and connecting to the radio. No signs of rubbish was seen when the people left the area hours later.

After the quake, Japan's Suntory announced that all vending machines will be providing drinks for free. All of Japan's convenience stores provide food and drinks for free. Supermarkets are provided as evacuation stops. Public phone are free. Foreigners have access to news in their mother tongue readily.

One Japanese netizen expressed: To be thonet, even though I live in Japan, but I'm really glad that this happened in Japan. If not, the deaths toll would be really high. I believe, in the whole world, only Japan can reduce the death toll to the lowest!

Photo tags:
8.9 magnitude quake, Japan's strongest quake in history (111 yrs to be exact)
There's a very disciplined queue at the public phones.
In front of the train stations, there's no chaos.
Everyone were disciplined, no one was being selfish.
Schools become the people's refuge.
Women and children are given priority
As transportation cease for service, people walk home. These are the "refugees".

Quote from Twitter:
The Net became an important route to spread newest information and warnings after the quake. The Yakuza used this as the platform to release a rescue message. The Sumiyoshikai in Tokyo immediately twitted that all offices be opened as refuge and to provide food for the refugees during their temporary stay.

Screenshot from Twitter:
Sumiyoshikai will open its head office and sub offices for all those who are unable to return home.

Continued Quote:
During the quake at Kobe, the Yakuza and motorcycle gang (bousouzoku) volunteered in the rescue missions immediately, assisting refugees to evacuate and to help maintain discipline. Some Japanese citizens pointed out that these "delinquents" instead of looting, were might even be more efficient than the Government in the rescue.

This is Japan's mafia...
This is the difference in quality!

There are no references from the article, but I feel it should be at least 60% believable. There has been a Tweet warning women about escalated rapes so yeah, this shld be taken as a reference and not an absolute report.
